Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to the SevenK0 website at sevenk0fun.com, the SevenK0 partner account, and the campaign, live-event and analytics services provided by EMMA SEVENKO INC. ("SevenK0", "we", "us").
01Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, submitting a brief, subscribing to updates or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you use SevenK0 on behalf of a company or platform, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or the partner account.
02What SevenK0 provides
SevenK0 designs, operates and measures engagement programmes for entertainment platforms, including live events, seasonal campaigns, creator and stage shows, community challenges, leaderboards, non-cash rewards programmes, event production and analytics reporting.
The specific scope, timeline, deliverables and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate statement of work or order form. If that document conflicts with these Terms, the signed statement of work prevails for that engagement.
03Accounts and security
You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date. You may register with an email address or a mobile phone number and must be at least 18 years old to hold a partner account.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@sevenk0fun.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
04No gambling or real-money mechanics
SevenK0 does not build, operate or promote gambling, betting, lotteries, sweepstakes requiring purchase, casino-style games or any mechanic in which participants stake money or items of monetary value for a chance to win.
Leaderboards, challenges and rewards we design are based on skill, creativity, participation or community contribution. Rewards are non-cash items such as badges, cosmetic items, experiences or merchandise, and may not be redeemable for cash.
05Partner content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content, trademarks and materials you share with us. You grant SevenK0 a limited licence to use them solely to deliver the services you request.
SevenK0 retains ownership of its methods, templates, software, brand assets and pre-existing materials. Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you are licensed or assigned as described in your statement of work.
06Fees and payment
Fees are quoted in the relevant statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days. Late amounts may pause production work until the account is brought current.
Browsing the website, creating an account and subscribing to updates are free of charge.
07Service availability and changes
We work to keep the website and partner account available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Live events depend on third-party platforms, venues and networks. We will communicate promptly about any disruption and follow the contingency plan agreed for your show.
08Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". Campaign projections and benchmarks we share are estimates, not guarantees of results.
To the extent permitted by law, SevenK0's total liability arising from these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to SevenK0 in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
09Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, payment obligations and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
10Governing law and changes to these terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in-product message.
